My intention is to be attentive and receptive, guiding students and clients toward a deeper understanding and love for themselves, balancing mind and body. During my recovery from chemotherapy and radiation, I started healing through movement and pranayama (breath work). These practices gave me a sense of control when I felt I had none, and helped me develop a compassionate, trusting relationship with my body.

Through asanas, breath work, and meditation, I weave together strength, realignment, mindfulness, relaxation, and rumination. Sessions invite integration, flow, and transformation, while also offering space to soften and rest. I strive to create an inclusive environment, welcoming all experience levels, bodies, and abilities. ASL and second-language communication devices are supported.
